- First of all separate egg yolk and egg white and beat them.
- Then add sugar in eggs yolk and mix them well until eggs yolk increases three times in volume.
- Add beaten egg whites in eggs yolk and mix them well.
- Now add flour, vanilla essence, chopped almonds and mix well.
- Then grease cake mold with oil or butter and pour the mixture in it.
- Now bake in oven; delicious cake is ready.
- Serve chilled.
