Description

This cake is very classic which is easy to make and can be served with afternoon coffee.

  1. Soak dry apricot for 3-4 minute so that it become tender.
  2. Then taken butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until it become creamy.
  3. Then add eggs one by one and mix.
  4. Add baking powder in flour and add this in mixture.
  5. Add crushed almonds and mix.
  6. Grease the cake mold with oil or butter then sprinkle some icing sugar.
  7. Then add mixture.
  8. Now bake it in a preheated oven at 1800 for 45 minutes.
  9. Dust icing sugar and serve.
