Add 1 ½ cup blueberries and orange juice in a blender and make a puree.
In a saucepan add puree, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook on medium heat until thickened; remove and let it cool.
Place about ¼ cup fresh blueberries in each tart shell, completely cover fresh berries with thickened, cooled sauce.
Serve with fresh whipped cream and some fresh berries.
