Easy and delicious without oven baked egg custard dessert made with just 5 ingredients. You can make it any time.

  1. Caramel process:
  2. Put water and sugar in a pan; heat the pan at low flame, let it sit until surface become lightly colored.
  3. Caramelize the sugar, cook carefully don’t burn.
  4. Grease the mold with oil and pour the caramel in it, spread evenly.
  5. Pudding process:
  6. Take eggs in a bowl; beat them for 1 minute.
  7. Then add sugar and mix them well.
  8. After that add Luke warm milk and again mix.
  9. Pour the mixture over the caramel; cover the mold with plastic wrap.
  10. Then take a big pan; preheat on medium flame for 5-10 minutes.
  11. Then place the pudding in pan; cover the pan with lid and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame.
  12. After 25 minutes remove pudding from pan; leave it to cool.
  13. Then put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  14. After 1 hour remove the pudding from mold and serve chilled.
