Description

  1. Add crushed biscuits melted butter to a bowl and mix these together.
  2. Pour into cake mold spread and press down firmly then refrigerate.

  4. Add cream cheese and icing sugar to a bowl, whisk these together.
  5. then add melted chocolate and whisk these to combine.
  6. Add the whipped cream and mix well to combine.
  7. Pour this mixture on the base and refrigerate for 5 hours minimum.
  8. Pour the double cream on the chocolate and microwave for 1 minute.
  9. Now pour on the cheese cake and smooth out.
  10. Sprinkle some crushed biscuits on the edges and serve.
