Chicken karahi is known for its spicy taste and is obvious in Pakistani foods. The place of origin of this dish is Indian subcontinent but I think that this is one of the favorite dishes of Pakistani people and is quite easy to make.

Step 1Add oil in a pan, then add the chicken to the pan and fry until it’s brown.

Step 2Once the chicken is light brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 more minutes.

Step 3Then add the tomatoes and cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stir occasionally.

Step 4Once the tomatoes are cooked add the spices and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 5Add the green chilies and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6Once the oil comes out sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and cover the pan for 5 minutes.

Step 7Chicken karahi is ready serve and enjoy.
