Description
Chicken karahi is known for its spicy taste and is obvious in Pakistani foods. The place of origin of this dish is Indian subcontinent but I think that this is one of the favorite dishes of Pakistani people and is quite easy to make.

- Add oil in a pan, then add the chicken to the pan and fry until it’s brown.
- Once the chicken is light brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 more minutes.
- Then add the tomatoes and cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked add the spices and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add the green chilies and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once the oil comes out sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
- Chicken karahi is ready serve and enjoy.
