  1. Fill cold water in a bowl and freeze.
  2. Cut bananas and apples into 1 ½ inch thick pieces.
  3. Beat egg, water and flour in a bowl; heat oil in a pan.
  4. Coat apple and banana pieces with batter and fry them golden; remove onto absorbent paper.
  5. Heat oil in a pan; add sugar while continuously stirring.
  6. When sugar melts, remove from flame; add sesame seeds.
  7. Coat apple and bananas one by one with sugar syrup; immerse in cold water for one minute.
  8. Remove and serve.
