Chinese spring roll recipe that has been tried and true. The filing doesn't need to be precooked. They can be prepared without a difficult process or specialized knowledge. Additionally, they taste delicious and are healthier than most commercially available versions.

Step 1Add eggs in a bowl and beat well.

Step 2Add milk and whisk until fluffy.

Step 3Then add white pepper powder, salt, baking powder, black pepper powder and whisk well.

Step 4Then gradually add flour and mix well.

Step 5Next add corn flour in it, mix and set aside.

Step 6Grease the frying pan with oil, pour prepared mixture and spread evenly and cook from both sides until done; set aside.

Step 8In a pan add butter and let it melt.

Step 9Then add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 10Next add white pepper powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.

Step 11Then add cabbage, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes; set aside.

Step 12Add water in flour and mix to make a paste; set aside.

Step 13Take a prepared wrap, add filling, fold from sides, roll up and apply flour paste on sides so that wrap do not open.

Step 14Prepare all the rolls with similar method.

Step 15Then fry the rolls until golden brown.

Step 16Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
