Description

It is an Indian dessert and made on special occasions or festivals. Creamy Vermicelli pudding made with milk lightly spiced with cardamoms and you can prepare it with just few ingredients.

  1. Cut vermicelli into small pieces; take out cardamom seeds; cut almonds finely.
  2. Take oil in a pan and heat on medium flame and add almonds and cardamom and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add vermicelli and fry on low flame; on the other hand take sugar in a bowl and add 2 cup water and cook on medium flame.
  4. When sugar completely dissolves in water then add this syrup in vermicelli; cover it and cook on low flame.
  5. When syrup become dry; beat milk cream and add in vermicelli and dum on low flame.
  6. Remove on dish and put in refrigerator; serve chilled.
