Description

Fish balls are a popular dish in China and are mostly serve with sweet and sour sauce. It has a mild taste and is also tender. These fish balls are low in calories. These are made with fish paste and boiled in broth or deep-fried.

  1. Wash the fish thoroughly, add garlic, salt, celery and pepper and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Then take oil in a pan and cook.
  3. Cover the pan with lid and cook it over medium flame until the water is dry and fish become soft.
  4. Now mash the fish.
  5. Then add potato, cheese, soy sauce and mix very well.
  6. Take beaten eggs and add flour in them and mix.
  7. Then make small balls of fish mixture and dip them into egg mixture.
  8. Take corn flakes in a deep bowl and add 2 tbsp of oil to it.
  9. Then roll the fish balls into corn flakes.
  10. Take a baking tray and grease it with oil, then put the balls into a baking tray.
  11. Preheat the oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes and put the tray of fish balls into oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. Remove and serve.
