Description
Fish balls are a popular dish in China and are mostly serve with sweet and sour sauce. It has a mild taste and is also tender. These fish balls are low in calories. These are made with fish paste and boiled in broth or deep-fried.

- Wash the fish thoroughly, add garlic, salt, celery and pepper and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then take oil in a pan and cook.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook it over medium flame until the water is dry and fish become soft.
- Now mash the fish.
- Then add potato, cheese, soy sauce and mix very well.
- Take beaten eggs and add flour in them and mix.
- Then make small balls of fish mixture and dip them into egg mixture.
- Take corn flakes in a deep bowl and add 2 tbsp of oil to it.
- Then roll the fish balls into corn flakes.
- Take a baking tray and grease it with oil, then put the balls into a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes and put the tray of fish balls into oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
