Description

It is one of the tasty and easy evening snack. It can be served with rice or can be given to children in Tiffany.

Directions

  1. Mix hot spices, red chilies, dried raw mango, coriander, green chilies and salt in potatoes.
  2. Cut eggs lengthwise into halves; place little potato in palm; put one piece egg on it and cover with potato.
  3. Repeat process to make more cutlets.
  4. Coat with bread crumbs and refrigerate for ½ hour.
  5. Heat oil in a pan; fry cutlets golden and remove on absorbent paper.
  6. Place on serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander and tomato ketchup; serve.
