Directions

• Step 1

  Add plain flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix them together.
• Step 2

  Then add melted butter and milk and mix them to a smooth paste and set it aside.
• Step 3

  Add light brown sugar, granulated sugar and cocoa powder into an other bowl and mix them together.
• Step 4

  Pour the mixture into a dish and spread out evenly, then sprinkle the sugar mix onto the top.
• Step 5

  Now pour 2 cups of boiling water all over it and bake it in oven at 160 C for 35 minutes.
• Step 6

  After it baked let it cool slightly and serve with ice cream.
