Step 1Pound chicken breasts with mallet.

Step 2Marinate with ginger/garlic paste, vinegar, salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3Brush oil on a frying pan and cook chicken till dry; remove.

Step 4Cut into thin pieces; mix with tandoori masala, red chilies, pepper, cumin, lemon juice and yogurt.

Step 5Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken mixture thoroughly.
