  • Step 1
    Pound chicken breasts with mallet.
  • Step 2
    Marinate with ginger/garlic paste, vinegar, salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Brush oil on a frying pan and cook chicken till dry; remove.
  • Step 4
    Cut into thin pieces; mix with tandoori masala, red chilies, pepper, cumin, lemon juice and yogurt.
  • Step 5
    Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken mixture thoroughly.

    Garnish with coriander and serve.
