Description

It is an Italian dish made up of layers of pasta alternating with fillings.

  1. Take water in a pan and add salt oil and pasta in it and boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes; drain the water and set it aside to cool down.
  2. Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic and fry them.
  3. Now add chicken and cook until it turn white, now cover it and cook it for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Now add onions, capsicum, salt to taste, black pepper, red chili flakes and mix them well; cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add tomato ketchup, tomato paste and mix well; add boiled pasta and again mix them; cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Take butter in another pan and melt it; add flour and mix them.
  7. Now add milk and mix well; ; add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, white pepper and mix all ingredients very well.
  8. Now add mozzarella cheese mix and turn the flame off.
  9. Now spread a thin layer of sauce in a serving dish; pour cooked pasta and again spread the second layer of sauce on it; spread some more cheese; again pour the second layer of pasta; spread sauce and spread cheese.
  10. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 C for 8-10 minutes; remove and serve.
