Description

It is a simple and delicious dish and may pair with rice or bread/rotti.


Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put cuts on prawns; marinate with black pepper, ½ ginger/garlic, green chilies and salt; keep aside.
  2. Mix 3 tbsp flour, corn flour, egg and remaining ginger/garlic paste in a bowl.
  3. Add white pepper, 2 tbsp oil, baking powder and salt.
  4. Heat oil in a pan; one by one coat prawns with flour, then batter and fry till golden.
  5. Remove onto absorbent paper.
