  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry bay leaves, cumin, cardamoms, cloves and fenugreek.
  2. Add mince and fry thoroughly.
  3. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilies and salt; cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and cover the pan with lid.
  5. Sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve.
