Step 1Heat oil in a pot and fry onion golden; add garlic, then all remaining vegetables and cook for few minutes on high flame.

Step 2Add pepper, tomato ketchup, coriander and salt; remove in a strainer.

Step 3Cut roll strips into small pieces.

Step 4Place chicken mix on one side of the piece; fold over edges and roll over, sealing with egg.

Step 5Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls golden, remove.

Step 6Decorate with tomatoes and serve accompanied by tomato ketchup.
