  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a pot and fry onion golden; add garlic, then all remaining vegetables and cook for few minutes on high flame.
  • Step 2
    Add pepper, tomato ketchup, coriander and salt; remove in a strainer.
  • Step 3
    Cut roll strips into small pieces.
  • Step 4
    Place chicken mix on one side of the piece; fold over edges and roll over, sealing with egg.
  • Step 5
    Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls golden, remove.
  • Step 6
    Decorate with tomatoes and serve accompanied by tomato ketchup.
