These little rolls can be easily made and mostly eaten.

  1. Heat oil in a pot and fry onion golden; add garlic, then all remaining vegetables and cook for few minutes on high flame.
  2. Add pepper, tomato ketchup, coriander and salt; remove in a strainer.
  3. Cut roll strips into small pieces.
  4. Place chicken mix on one side of the piece; fold over edges and roll over, sealing with egg.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls golden, remove.
  6. Decorate with tomatoes and serve accompanied by tomato ketchup.
