Step 1Keep milk in freezer for 6 hours till almost frozen.

Step 2Boil water in a sauce pan and fully dissolve jelly crystals.

Step 3Pour a little jelly on the base of the serving bowl and allow the remaining jelly to set in a saucepan.

Step 4Blend milk, pineapple cubes, pineapple juice, jelly and cream in a blender.

Step 5Pour mixture on top of jelly in bowl and refrigerate for it to set.

Step 6Garnish with cream, pineapples and cherries; serve.
