  • Step 1
    Keep milk in freezer for 6 hours till almost frozen.
  • Step 2
    Boil water in a sauce pan and fully dissolve jelly crystals.
  • Step 3
    Pour a little jelly on the base of the serving bowl and allow the remaining jelly to set in a saucepan.
  • Step 4
    Blend milk, pineapple cubes, pineapple juice, jelly and cream in a blender.
  • Step 5
    Pour mixture on top of jelly in bowl and refrigerate for it to set.
  • Step 6
    Garnish with cream, pineapples and cherries; serve.
