Description

Before spread of fruit juices in turkey sherbets were very popular.


Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a pan add fruits, water, cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Place this pan on medium flame and cover it with lid.
  3. Now cook it for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Then strain it with strainer.
  5. Take juice in a separate pan and add sugar in it and mix it well so that sugar dissolves completely.
  6. Add lemon slice.
  7. Cook it on low flame for more 5 minutes.
  8. Now again strain this juice in a jar and let it cool down.
  9. Add more water according to your taste and serve chilled.
