Step 1Heat oil in a pot; add eggs and fry while rigorously stirring spoon; remove.

Step 2Fry cashew in same pot and remove; sauté onions.

Step 3Add stock, all red chilies, soya sauce, fish sauce, peas, sugar and salt.

Step 4Cook for few minutes; add pineapples and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5Add rice, egg and cashew; dish out.

Step 6Garnish with pineapple and serve.
