  • Step 1
    Take mince in a pan and add ginger/garlic, salt, red chili and turmeric and cook on medium flame until mince water dries completely.
  • Step 2
    Boil potatoes, peel off and mash them and add salt, black pepper and lemon juice; mix and set it aside.
  • Step 3
    Boil 2 eggs and chopped them; add in cooked mince; when mince cools down then add cheese; mix and put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Now put potato mixture in hand and spread and put 2 tbsp mince in it’s center and make a roll.
  • Step 5
    Now beat one egg and add a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix.
  • Step 6
    First dip rolls in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  • Step 7
    Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls golden on medium flame.
  • Step 8
    Serve hot and delicious rolls with ketchup.
