Flavorful and easy evening snack.



  1. Take mince in a pan and add ginger/garlic, salt, red chili and turmeric and cook on medium flame until mince water dries completely.
  2. Boil potatoes, peel off and mash them and add salt, black pepper and lemon juice; mix and set it aside.
  3. Boil 2 eggs and chopped them; add in cooked mince; when mince cools down then add cheese; mix and put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Now put potato mixture in hand and spread and put 2 tbsp mince in it’s center and make a roll.
  5. Now beat one egg and add a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix.
  6. First dip rolls in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls golden on medium flame.
  8. Serve hot and delicious rolls with ketchup.
