These prawn skewers are very delicious and joy to eat.

Directions

  1. Marinate prawns with all ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Pierce 3-4 prawns on a wooden skewer
  3. Repeat process to make more skewers.
  4. Grill over charcoal or brush a little oil on a frying pan and grill skewers.
  5. Decorate serving dish with green chili, fresh coriander, tomato and tomato ketchup; place prawn skewers on top and serve.
