  1. First of all cook milk on medium flame; add sugar and cardamoms.
  2. Then take milk powder, ghee, baking powder in a bowl and mix with light hands then make small balls.
  3. When milk consistency become thick and it remain 1 kg then add balls.
  4. When these balls become 2 times in their size then turn the flame off; let it cool and sprinkle pistachio.
  5. Delicious ras malai is ready.
