Step 1Chop mince, chilies, ginger, onion, fat and fresh coriander in a chopper.

Step 2Add all remaining ingredients chop again for one minute.

Step 3Wet palm in a bowl of ice-cold water and pierce little mince on skewers.

Step 4Place all skewers on charcoal and grill from all sides till golden color.
