Description

Semolina pudding is a porridge type pudding and it has very lovely texture.

Directions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan; add cardamoms and fry.
  2. Now add semolina and fry till it turn to brown color; then add sugar and milk when its consistency become thick then remove on a dish and leave it to cool down completely.
  3. Sprinkle chopped almonds and serve.
