Description

Wheat bread is a kind of brown bread. Is whole wheat bread good or not? Study shows that people eating low calories diet which includes whole grain; such as whole wheat bread lost more belly fat. It contains 5% fat and 26% protein.

  1. Add water, 1 tbsp brown sugar in a small jug and mix well.
  2. Add yeast and mix, cover and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Take 1 ½ cup flour, 1 tbsp brown sugar, salt in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Then add 2 tbsp oil, egg, yeast mixture in it and mix for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Next add 1 cup wheat flour gradually and knead well.
  6. Then add 1 tsp oil and knead until dough is smooth; cover and let it rest for 45 minutes.
  7. After 45 minutes or when dough increase in size, grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
  8. Grease 9×3 inch loaf pan with oil and place prepared dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. In milk, add 1 tsp oil, mix well and brush over the dough.
  10. Bake in preheated oven 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
  11. After baking, let it cool; cut into slices; serve and enjoy.
