Step 1Peel the potatoes, cook them, and then take them out.

Step 2Fry tomatoes, then take out.

Step 3Then drain the rice once it finished boiling with rice ingredients.

Step 4Cook chicken with yogurt, oil, onions, coriander, red chilies, turmeric, ginger/garlic paste, salt and one cup of water in a pot until the chicken is tender.

Step 5Then add tomatoes, potatoes, plums, 1/2 a mint leaf, green chilies, 2 lemons juice, and cook for few minutes before turning off the heat.

Step 6Brush oil on the bottom of any large saucepan, then put 1/2 the rice, the chicken, the remaining rice, the remaining lemon juice, the remaining mint leaves, and the food coloring on top.

Step 7Then proceed to dumm.
