Clean the prawns and wash them and put in a refrigerator.
Now peel off the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes.
Take oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Now fry potatoes and onions separately and take them out in a bowl.
Then take 4-6 tbsp oil in a pan and heat over medium flame and fry pepper and cumin seeds then add ginger garlic paste and fry them.
Add potatoes, red chili flakes, turmeric, coriander and tomato paste cover it and cook on medium flame.
Crush fried onion and add it with red food color in yogurt and set it aside.
When tomato water starts to dry add prawns and cook on medium flame until oil seperates, during this boil water in a separate pan and add salt, mint leaves and rice and cook until 2-3 boils comes in water and then strain it.
Now take a big pan and grease it with oil and add half rice layer and spread evenly, then add little onion yogurt and green chilies.
Now add prawns and gain add onions and at the end add rice layer and cover it with lid.
