Description

This is very easy recipe of a dessert and taste better then any restaurant dessert. It doesn’t have immense dates taste and you can get all ingredients in your kitchen. The most fun thing about this recipe is that you do not need a lot of ingredients to prepare it. At the end you can serve it with the scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top or a caramel sauce on the top.

  1. Soak dates in milk overnight; remove seeds from dates and mash them.
  2. Beat mashed dates with eggs and condense milk and mix them very well.
  3. Then pour this mixture in baking tray and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C or until skewer enter into it comes out clean or bake it until it turns light brown but remain soft from inside.
  4. Let it cool at room temperature and then put in refrigerator to cool down completely.
  5. Serve it with the scoop of ice cream on the top or drizzle caramel sauce on it and enjoy.
