Step 1Wash the prawns, add salt and garlic in it and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 2Then take oil in a pan, heat on medium flame for 3-4 minutes and add prawns with turmeric in it and cook until golden brown and remove.

Step 3In the same oil, add onions and saute.

Step 4Then add prawns in it; mix well.

Step 5Add soy sauce and Thai green paste; cover the pan with lid and cook on low flame for 7 minutes.

Step 6Remove on serving dish, topped with green onions, green chilies or boiled noodles; serve.
