Description

Prawns are one of the most popular seafood items on Chinese occasions. There are many ways to cook prawns, but this is the easy recipe to cook them.

  1. Wash the prawns, add salt and garlic in it and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Then take oil in a pan, heat on medium flame for 3-4 minutes and add prawns with turmeric in it and cook until golden brown and remove.
  3. In the same oil, add onions and saute.
  4. Then add prawns in it; mix well.
  5. Add soy sauce and Thai green paste; cover the pan with lid and cook on low flame for 7 minutes.
  6. Remove on serving dish, topped with green onions, green chilies or boiled noodles; serve.
