Description
Prawns are one of the most popular seafood items on Chinese occasions. There are many ways to cook prawns, but this is the easy recipe to cook them.

- Wash the prawns, add salt and garlic in it and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Then take oil in a pan, heat on medium flame for 3-4 minutes and add prawns with turmeric in it and cook until golden brown and remove.
- In the same oil, add onions and saute.
- Then add prawns in it; mix well.
- Add soy sauce and Thai green paste; cover the pan with lid and cook on low flame for 7 minutes.
- Remove on serving dish, topped with green onions, green chilies or boiled noodles; serve.
