  • Step 1
    Peel off boiled potatoes and mash them.
  • Step 2
    Take oil in a pan and add mince, coriander, green chili, onion, salt and fry.
  • Step 3
    Fry mice until water dries completely; remove and leave it to cool down.
  • Step 4
    Take potato mixture in hand and spread, then add fried mince and make cutlets.
  • Step 5
    Dip one cutlet in beaten egg and then put bread crumbs on it.
  • Step 6
    Take oil in a pan and fry cutlets for 2-3 minutes from both sides on low flame; remove.
  • Step 7
    Serve with ketchup.
