Step 1Peel off boiled potatoes and mash them.

Step 2Take oil in a pan and add mince, coriander, green chili, onion, salt and fry.

Step 3Fry mice until water dries completely; remove and leave it to cool down.

Step 4Take potato mixture in hand and spread, then add fried mince and make cutlets.

Step 5Dip one cutlet in beaten egg and then put bread crumbs on it.

Step 6Take oil in a pan and fry cutlets for 2-3 minutes from both sides on low flame; remove.

Step 7Serve with ketchup.
