Description

Directions
- In a pot, add oil and Onion, fry onion until golden brown; take out half quantity of fried onions for later use.
- Then in remaining fried onion add beef and mix well until meat changes color.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
- Cover the pot and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Then add tomatoes and mix well.
- Next add water, mix and bring it to boil; cover with lid and cook on low flame until meat is tender.
- Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks; mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add yogurt and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and fresh coriander; mix well and cook until oil separate and set aside.
- For assembling:
- In a separate pot, add boiled rice, beef gravy masala, lemon slices, tomato slices, fresh coriander and add remaining boiled rice.
- In water add food color; mix well and drizzle over biryani.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve with raita.
