Description

This is a popular snack and mostly served hot with some chutney or sauce.

Directions

  1. In pot, add water, place strainer and heat it.
  2. Add peas, carrot and boil.
  3. Add cabbage and boil for 1 minute; strain and let it cool down.
  4. Take potatoes in another bowl and mash them.
  5. Then add boiled vegetables and remaining all the ingredients except flour and mix well.
  6. Take flour and water in a bowl and mix well.
  7. Grease hands and take mixture and make small round cutlets of equal sizes; dip in flour paste and fry until golden brown.
  8. Serve with ketchup.
