  • Step 1
    In pot, add water, place strainer and heat it.
  • Step 2
    Add peas, carrot and boil.
  • Step 3
    Add cabbage and boil for 1 minute; strain and let it cool down.
  • Step 4
    Take potatoes in another bowl and mash them.
  • Step 5
    Then add boiled vegetables and remaining all the ingredients except flour and mix well.
  • Step 6
    Take flour and water in a bowl and mix well.
  • Step 7
    Grease hands and take mixture and make small round cutlets of equal sizes; dip in flour paste and fry until golden brown.
  • Step 8
    Serve with ketchup.
